Pengaruh Performance Expectancy dan Efektivitas Pelatihan terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi Aplikasi SIMRS Baru dengan Resistensi sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Hermina Kemayoran

Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan melalui implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) menjadi agenda strategis untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh performance expectancy dan efektivitas pelatihan terhadap keberhasilan implementasi aplikasi SIMRS baru dengan resistensi sebagai variabel moderasi pada Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Hermina Kemayoran. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatoris kausalitas. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 190 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan implementasi (?=0,432; p=0,000), sedangkan resistensi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan (?=-0,316; p=0,001). Namun demikian, performance expectancy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan implementasi (?=0,114; p=0,238). Resistensi juga tidak terbukti memoderasi pengaruh performance expectancy (?=0,185; p=0,092) maupun efektivitas pelatihan (?=-0,145; p=0,141) terhadap keberhasilan implementasi. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy dan efektivitas pelatihan berada pada kategori tinggi, resistensi pada kategori adaptif, sedangkan keberhasilan implementasi masih pada kategori sedang dengan indeks 87,67. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi SIMRS baru lebih ditentukan oleh kualitas pelatihan yang efektif dan rendahnya resistensi pengguna, bukan semata-mata oleh persepsi manfaat sistem. Rumah sakit perlu memprioritaskan peningkatan kualitas pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan unit kerja, penguatan dukungan teknis, pengembangan sistem berkelanjutan, serta strategi manajemen perubahan untuk meminimalkan resistensi.
