Memahami Pelayanan Kristen Melalui Integrasi Kepribadian, Motivasi, dan Konsep Hati dalam Alkitab

Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami pelayanan Kristen melalui integrasi antara kepribadian, motivasi, dan konsep hati dalam Alkitab. Kajian psikologi modern, khususnya Big Five Personality Traits dan Self-Determination Theory, digunakan untuk menjelaskan struktur karakter serta dorongan motivasional yang memengaruhi perilaku individu dalam organisasi pelayanan. Namun, kedua pendekatan tersebut belum sepenuhnya menjelaskan orientasi batin terdalam manusia. Tradisi Alkitab menempatkan hati sebagai pusat kehidupan batin yang mengintegrasikan pikiran, kehendak, dan motivasi, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Amsal 4:23, Lukas 6:45, dan Yeremia 17:9. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode narrative literature review untuk mensintesis literatur psikologi dan teologi, serta menafsirkan konsep hati sebagai pusat integrasi kepribadian dan motivasi dalam pelayanan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan gereja tidak hanya bergantung pada faktor psikologis, tetapi juga pada orientasi spiritual yang membentuk karakter dan motivasi pelayan. Dengan demikian, integrasi psikologi modern dan antropologi Alkitab memberikan kerangka konseptual yang lebih komprehensif untuk memahami perilaku pelayanan Kristen sebagai tindakan profesional sekaligus panggilan spiritual.
