Pengaruh Edukasi Menggunakan Aplikasi Mobile Health Terhadap Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pasien Hipertensi

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular dengan prevalensi tinggi yang memerlukan terapi jangka panjang, sehingga kepatuhan minum obat menjadi faktor krusial dalam keberhasilan pengendalian tekanan darah. Rendahnya kepatuhan pasien hipertensi masih menjadi masalah global yang berkontribusi terhadap komplikasi kardiovaskular. Perkembangan teknologi digital memunculkan intervensi mobile health (mHealth) sebagai media edukasi yang dinilai mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan pasien secara lebih fleksibel dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh edukasi menggunakan aplikasi mobile health terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada basis data ilmiah menggunakan kata kunci relevan, kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi berbasis mobile health, seperti pengingat minum obat, pemantauan tekanan darah, dan pesan edukatif interaktif, secara umum efektif meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat dan pengendalian tekanan darah dibandingkan edukasi konvensional. Fitur pengingat otomatis, pemantauan mandiri, dan komunikasi dua arah dengan tenaga kesehatan menjadi elemen penting keberhasilan intervensi. Edukasi mobile health berpotensi menjadi strategi intervensi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi di layanan kesehatan primer.
