Pengaruh Program Management by Walk Around yang Efektif Terhadap Peningkatan Budaya K3 di Perusahaan Kimia Berbasis Pestisida di Kabupaten Semarang

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas program Management by Walking Around (MBWA) terhadap peningkatan Budaya K3 di Pabrik Kimia berbasis pestisida di Kabupaten Semarang, serta mengkaji pengaruh komunikasi dan keterlibatan (X1), keteladanan pimpinan (X2), observasi dan identifikasi bahaya (X3), serta respon, perbaikan, dan tindak lanjut (X4) terhadap efektivitas MBWA. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode SEM-PLS terhadap 190 responden yang dipilih melalui proportionate stratified random sampling. Evaluasi outer model menunjukkan seluruh konstruk memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Setelah eliminasi indikator M5, seluruh 29 indikator tersisa memiliki outer loading > 0,70, AVE 0,604–0,672, Composite Reliability 0,884–0,911, dan Cronbach's Alpha 0,836–0,878. Hasil inner model menunjukkan MBWA berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap Budaya K3 (? = 0,582; t = 10,164; p < 0,001). Keteladanan (? = 0,201; p = 0,044) dan respon, perbaikan & tindak lanjut (? = 0,257; p = 0,003) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas MBWA, sementara komunikasi dan keterlibatan serta observasi bahaya tidak signifikan. Model menunjukkan kemampuan penjelasan moderat–kuat (R²M = 0,567; R²Y = 0,345) dengan GoF = 0,573 kategori baik. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas MBWA dalam memperkuat Budaya K3 sangat ditentukan oleh keteladanan kepemimpinan dan konsistensi tindak lanjut.
