Faktor Penentu Keberlanjutan Safety Culture Berdasarkan Bradley Curve pada Level Frontliner Operasional di PT Polytama Propindo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Manajemen, Keterlibatan Pekerja, dan Budaya Pelaporan terhadap Keberlanjutan Budaya Keselamatan di kalangan karyawan operasional lini depan di PT Polytama Propindo, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksploratif dengan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Model pengukuran disempurnakan melalui pemurnian iteratif dengan menghilangkan satu indikator (X2.3), menghasilkan model akhir dengan 19 indikator yang memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas (AVE 0,572–0,635; Alpha Cronbach 0,748–0,857; Reliabilitas Komposit 0,840–0,897; HTMT < 0,85). Model struktural menunjukkan kesesuaian yang baik (SRMR = 0,075; NFI = 0,795), relevansi prediktif yang memadai (Q²predict > 0), dan menjelaskan 53,4% varians dalam Keberlanjutan Budaya Keselamatan (R² = 0,534; Adjusted R² = 0,525). Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Manajemen tidak memiliki efek signifikan (? = 0,187; t = 1,944; p = 0,052), sedangkan Keterlibatan Pekerja memiliki efek positif yang signifikan (? = 0,240; t = 3,129; p = 0,002), dan Budaya Pelaporan muncul sebagai prediktor yang paling dominan (? = 0,421; t = 5,195; p < 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan Budaya Keselamatan setelah intervensi eksternal lebih ditentukan oleh keterlibatan aktif pekerja dan keterbukaan dalam melaporkan kejadian nyaris celaka dan kondisi tidak aman daripada oleh efek langsung dari komitmen manajemen yang dirasakan.
