QRIS dalam Ekosistem Transaksi Digital: Perspektif Komparatif Pelaku UMKM dan Pelanggan

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) dalam ekosistem transaksi digital melalui perspektif komparatif antara pelaku UMKM dan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed-methods deskriptif-komparatif dengan desain convergent mixed-methods. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur pada periode 17–31 Desember 2025. Responden penelitian berjumlah 56 orang, yang terdiri atas 28 pelaku UMKM dan 28 pelanggan. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan tabulasi frekuensi dan persentase, sedangkan data kualitatif dari jawaban terbuka dianalisis melalui open coding, axial coding, dan thematic clustering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 75,00% pelaku UMKM telah menggunakan QRIS, sedangkan 25,00% belum menggunakannya. Pada sisi pelanggan, sebagian besar responden telah memiliki pengalaman menggunakan QRIS, tetapi pembayaran tunai masih menjadi metode yang paling sering digunakan. QRIS dipersepsikan memberikan manfaat dalam aspek kemudahan transaksi, kecepatan pembayaran, keamanan, pencatatan transaksi, dan kenyamanan pelanggan. Namun, penggunaan QRIS masih menghadapi kendala berupa kualitas sinyal internet, aplikasi eror, kebiasaan pembayaran tunai, persepsi biaya admin, dan keterbatasan literasi digital. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan QRIS tidak hanya ditentukan oleh penerimaan teknologi pada tingkat individu, tetapi juga oleh kesiapan ekosistem transaksi digital yang melibatkan pelaku UMKM, pelanggan, aplikasi pembayaran, infrastruktur internet, regulator, dan penyedia layanan keuangan digital. Penelitian ini memperkuat relevansi TAM dan UTAUT serta memperluas pembahasan QRIS melalui perspektif ekosistem transaksi digital dengan kerangka platform dua sisi. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya penguatan literasi digital, kesiapan infrastruktur digital, dukungan kebijakan, perlindungan konsumen, dan inklusi keuangan bagi UMKM.
